All,

have already reinstalled BOINC, however Einsteil will overwrite my BAM settings each time it updates.

Anyone got a clue?

Update your BAM preferences. BOINC uses the newest set.

I have updated it several times already after updating Einstein. No success.

I don't know if what you are seeing is what I saw happening with GPUGRID, but the symptoms appear the same. It has something to do with EVERY project updating the preferences with a time stamp, and BOINCMgr respects the one with the latest one, and if a project pushes to your host old settings with a new timestamp, all bets are off. GPUGRID never did anything to fix their side (to my knowledge), claiming what they are doing is right. Might be the same problem with Einstein. See this thread and the thread it links to on GPUGRID: https://boincstats.com/en/forum/18/10640,1. Apologies for the noise if your issue turns out to be unrelated.
