Hello,

Can you please assist me with these problems:
1. I am unable to see my stats and connect to a project through BOINC for several days. On the "My detailed stats" page I see this message "User ID doesn't exist in BOINC combined or doesn't have any credit."
2. In addition there are two old accounts of mine (not active, changed email, cpid, not second account) that appear in the search here (https://boincstats.com/en/stats/search/), is this normal?

I would like to attack few PCs to a particular project but I am unable because of the first problem.

Regards!

Are you saying that the BOINC Manager does not show any work being done? If that is the case, start by looking in the Event Log for any errors that occur when your computer is requesting work.

As far as the stats go, that is usually a separate issue; when I search for your username "s.abanos@abv.bg" I only come up with one user--inactive, with only LHC in the projects list. Are you using that same username for all of your projects?

On a side note, if that's your email address you might want to pick something else for a user name because it will be posted on all sorts of stats and search sites, potentialy exposing you to a lot of spam.

I just read your other post... Please try to keep only one thread open at a time, it makes it easier to assist you. You provided links to user pages with different user names; if you have a different user name at different projects, there is no way for them to be linked together in the statistics.

In order for all of your stats to be counted under the same user name, you will have to use the same user name and email address at all of your projects. Then, in order to get your "cross-project ID" to be synchronized you will need to attach all of those projects to at least one host and have it update with the project servers.

I am assuming you are not using the BAM account manager; in that case, you will have to use the same user name, email address, and password in order to use its features.

Thank you for the assistance. I'll try combining all my accounts to this. I've changed my username as advices.
Sorry for the duplicated post. I am unable to delete it, feel free to do it (https://boincstats.com/en/forum/18/11874,1)

I'll try combining the projects as you've explained.

Thank you!

It worked! Thank you very much!

I've a small issue concerning BAM work preferences.
I can create new post if more appropriate (I am unable or can't find the option to delete the duplicated post here (https://boincstats.com/en/forum/18/11874,1))
(https://boincstats.com/en/bam/workPreference/83913) since I have a CPU with 8 threats I would like to set 87.5 in the "On a multi-core system, use at most %" field. I can do this in BOINC, but not in BAM - the field accepts only 3 symbols ("87.5" is 4 characters) - otherwise I can set "1.3" (3 chars).
