Hi,

For some reason my account (ericbe, BOINCstats BAM! ID: 211792) stays linked to the CPID a5f00a998b736d5302a8f98c0b88a21e.
All my projects (4 of them) however are linked to the CPID: fdccd4d938c72dee13754eda8188b7a5. (check them here: https://boincstats.com/en/stats/-1/user/detail/4396945/projectList)

All my projects use the same email as userid and password.

Is there anything I need to do to have my account linked to the correct CPID?

Cheers,
Eric

Are you using the account manager? If not, BAM won't make the connection with your projects and your BAM/forum account. If you just want to use the stats features, you don't have to sign up for any account.

Is this you?

I don't see duplicate usernames in the stats, so I assume that's what's going on... If you had a split CPID you would have a duplicate.

Yes that is me.
There used to be be a duplicate name up until last week I believe, but that one is gone now.

I do use the account manager on my Boinc-client (I disconnected and reconnected it several times over the last few weeks in the hope this would solve something)
If I click on 'Main account page' when I'm logged in, the CPID shown is: a5f00a998b736d5302a8f98c0b88a21e
If click on My detailed stats I get this message: User ID doesn't exist in BOINC combined or doesn't have any credit.

That message actually makes sense, since all my projects use another CPID.

So the question remains, why does my account refer to another CPID than the one my projects actually use.

All help is appreciated.

Cheers,
Eric
